1Introduction

2Member Eligibility

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. dian4d reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dian4d account password. dian4d recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols). Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the dian4d support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

Dian4d may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) prior to processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or under suspicious circumstances. Required documents may include a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on dian4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). dian4d does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by dian4d are subject to specific terms and conditions that may vary from one promotion to another. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimum risk — such as simultaneously betting on both sides of an outcome — are prohibited.
• dian4d reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived from bonus abuse.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The dian4d welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Members who open a new account solely to claim the welcome bonus will be considered as abusing the promotion, and such accounts will be terminated.

6Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that any bet placed is correct before confirming it. dian4d is not liable for errors made by members when placing bets.

6.2 Match Results

All sports betting outcomes will be determined based on official results from the relevant sporting body. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other major leagues worldwide, full-time results (90 minutes) will apply unless otherwise specified in the betting market.

6.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled kick-off time, all bets on that match will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account. Multi-bets (parlay/accumulator) containing a voided match will be recalculated excluding that match.

6.4 Odds & Market Changes

Dian4d reserves the right to update odds and close betting markets at any time, including during live events. Bets that have been confirmed at a specific set of odds will not be affected by any subsequent odds changes.

7Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slots games on dian4d utilise RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third parties. This ensures every game outcome is entirely fair and random. No party, including dian4d, is able to predict or manipulate game results.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active casino or slots game, dian4d will review the game logs and resolve the situation based on system records. Any winnings recorded prior to the disruption will be credited in accordance with valid system records.

Dian4d's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
